A psychiatrist by profession since 1972, Dr. Finkelstein has subspecialized in hypnosis, and its medical and psychiatric applications beginning in 1965. Since 1977, he has been doing research into past lives and past-life therapy. He has been researching and practicing psychic and spiritual healing and discovering their application in the contemporary holistic medical field.

1977-1980: Research on past life regression with over 700 volunteers at random from the general population. The data was used to publish the book in 1985 titled: “Your Past Lives and the Healing Process-A Psychiatrist Looks at Reincarnation and Spiritual Healing”.

2000: The screenplay “SEARCH FOR LOVE”, favorably reviewed by Shirley MacLaine.

2000: Assisted Jane Seymour, as world-class expert in past-live regression therapy, in her movie about reincarnation: “Yesterday’s Children”. This movie was aired on NBC on October 15, 2000.
